Sand Lake Campground and Cottages is located approximately thirty minutes drive north of Kingston and one and half hours south of Ottawa on Powells Bay. Amenities include excellent fishing, sandy beach, boat rentals, playground, horseshoe pit and a games room. A ten minute boat ride will take you to Sand Lake Marine, either Jones Falls or Davis Locks, both part of the Rideau Canal System. The village of Elgin is just five minutes away and has all your camping supplies if you need to stock up.
